- How do I create an account?
In order to be able to access our store of stylish goodies, you first need to sign up with us where we will request your email address and other important details. You can sign up with us here.
- I forgot my password. What do I do?
We all forget sometimes. But no need to worry if you cannot remember what your CtC password is. Simply head over to the login page, enter your email and click the “Forgot my password” link. You will be sent a link to reset your password and you can use the new password to login. Just like magic.
- How do I find my wishlist?
Want to check out which items you could purchase from your wishlist? Simply sign in into your account and on the top of our webpage, find the small heart icon and it will direct you into your stylish wishlist.
- How do I change my billing/delivery address and personal details?
Moving up in life and need to let us know so that your goodies do not get to the wrong person? No worries! Login to your account and jump over to your dashboard and click on “My Account” and you can change all the details and information that require updating.
- How do I add items to my shopping list?
If you head over to our store and click on an item that you would like to include in your yummy shopping list and click on the “Add to Cart” link with the miniature shopping bag symbol next to it. And just like that, your favourite item is in your shopping bag.
- How do I add items to my wishlist?
Love something in our store but cannot get it now? Make sure you are signed into your account, click on that item and click on the heart shaped symbol next to the item.
- How do I check out?
Ready for us to bring the goodies to you? Simply head over to the check-out link at the top of our web-page symbolised with a miniature shopping bag indicating the number of items which you have inserted into your shopping list. You will be directed to the check-out area and process payment.
- How does delivery work and how much does it cost?
Delivery costs will depend on where you are ordering from.
South Africa: If you are in South Africa you will have the option of free shipping for orders above R1000. For orders less than R1000 shipping will be at a flat rate of R120.
Rest of the World: Shipping cost will be determined by your shipping address, and presented to you on checkout, before you make a payment. You will be able to choose between Fedex International Priority (typically 1-3 business days), and Fedex International Economy (typically 3-5 business days).
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Fedex is our international shipping partner.
- Do you refund shipping fees?
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping fees as they are non-refundable.
- How do I pay? (Payment methods, and payment partners)
Upon checking out you will be prompted to pay either via Payfast or Snap Scan.
Using Payfast will lead you to their secure payments portal. You can either pay using your debit/credit details, or using their InstantEFT system that works with all major South African banks.
Using Snapscan will prompt you to make a payment using the Snapscan App on your smartphone.
- Is it safe to put in my credit/debit card details?
Absolutely. Champagne the Color does not handle any of your card details. Payfast and Snapscan handly the payment request off-site and so there is no risk of having your card details compromised when on www.champagnethecolor.com
- How will I know the order went through successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email used to login to your www.champagnethecolor.com account once payment is complete.
- When and how will I receive my order?
The order will be delivered to your delivery address by Fedex or one of their partner services. Once we have proceed your order we will communicate to you approximately how long it will take for you to receive your parcel.
- What’s your returns policy?

- How do I return an item from the store?
If you want to return an item send an email with your request to email@example.com
- Something about my order is not as I want it – what do I do?
If there is something out of place in your order please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- How do I track my parcel?
Once we have confirmed and processed your order you will be sent a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on this Fedex website to track your parcel.
- My order never arrived?
If your order never arrived then please send us an email on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help you find your parcel.
- How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
It’s always sad when one of us leaves. But if you do decide to unsubscribe from our mailing list, go to the unsubscribe link and enter the email address you subscribed with.
- Is my personal information secure on your website?
We value the privacy of all our subscribers and customers, we at Champagne the Color, will, therefore, never share the personal details that you have trusted us with to any third parties.
